What are 'Auto-Renew Only' domains?
Some country-code and specialty domain types (TLDs) do not renew the same way as .com and other generic TLDs. Certain domain names are auto-renew only and must be renewed before the normal expiry date. These auto-renew-only domains cannot be renewed by manually placing a renewal order, or by allowing auto-renew on the expiry date. To renew such domains, you must contact our sales team prior to the “Auto-renew by” or “Delete by” date. For more information please see our knowledge base article.
